Chocolate Avocado Mousse
A rich and indulgent raw chocolate dessert packed with heart-friendly fats. This gluten-free recipe
can be prepared in advance for convenient serving.
For 4 People
Ingredients
243 whole medjool dates, pitted
2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1/3 cup cocoa powder
To begin, immerse the dates in warm water and allow them
to soak for 30 minutes. This process can be prepared in
advance.
Combine Ingredients
Add the avocado, cacao powder, cinnamon, and vanilla into
the blender.
1 tablespoon pure organic maple syrup Blend to Desired Consistency
Continue blending the mixture until it achieves a smooth
½ teaspoon pure vanilla
and creamy texture.
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Berries or fresh fruit, to serve
Toasted hazelnuts, to serve
Adjust Sweetness or Consistency
If necessary, add additional maple syrup or water to the
blender to reach your preferred sweetness or consistency.
To Serve
PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES
WHOLESOME DESSERT
Present in petite cups adorned with fresh seasonal fruits
and toasted hazelnuts. Finish off with a sprig of fresh
