The fungi have taken over! A golden-brown crust, promising a satisfying crunch and juicy interior. A
tantalizing blend of spices all mingling to create an irresistible scent that beckons you closer.
Ingredients
Prepare Three Bowls
Clusters of Oyster Mushrooms
Start by placing the mushrooms, egg substitute (or plant
milk), and flour into separate bowls.
Vegan Egg Substitute (or plant milk)
All Purpose Flour
(or substitute spelt or chickpea flour
for gluten-free options)
Season With Love
Garlic Powder
Sprinkle generous amounts of spices4smoked paprika,
garlic powder, onion powder, ground allspice, black
pepper, sea salt and fresh thyme leaves4into each bowl.
Adjust the amounts according to your taste preferences for
each mixture.
Onion Powder
*Season the mushrooms with all spices as well.
Ground Allspice (optional)

wet batter, then roll them in dry batter. Fry until they turn
golden brown, and savour every bite!

However, feel free to incorporate spices native to your culture. Don9t have a vegan egg substitute on hand? Almond
milk also works.

deep fryer, or air fryer.
